Shipping policy

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, we do provide international delivery; however, items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed.

How do I track my order?

​Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.

All orders are shipped via USPS. In the event USPS needs to be contacted, their Customer Care Center phone number is 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).  

What are your delivery options?

​Processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. We offer first class free standard shipping in the U.S. for orders $35 or more, 2-day and overnight shipping are also available. Standard, priority and priority express are also available internationally. Standard delivery time is 3-5 days to most locations domestically and 10-21 days internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping confirmation including a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. These times may be lengthened during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions.
